SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

Free Shipping on orders over $120* - Valid for orders made within the Continental US.  

Although we aim to pack your order within 1-3 business days, we are a small business with a small team. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing and an additional 2-5 business days for delivery. Unless shipping/processing is stated otherwise in the description on the product page. 

Orders are shipped via USPS & UPS.

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments, all claims must be made with the shipping carrier. USPS & UPS insures some lost or damaged packages. If your tracking information says it was delivered you can open an insurance claim by calling USPS at (800) 275-8777 or UPS at (800) 742-5877.

Return & Exchange Policy

At this time we are unable to process returns or exchanges,  ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
If you've received an incorrect item please contact us. All issues will be handled on a case by case basis. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items MUST be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

When can I expect my order to arrive?

Typically orders are shipped within 5-7 business days of you placing your online order unless stated otherwise in the product description. Check your email for shipping confirmations & tracking numbers.

My package was lost / stolen / damaged, now what?

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.

Once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, it is out of our hands — but we’re still here to help.

Lost or Stolen Packages: If tracking shows your package was delivered but you didn’t receive it, please check with your neighbors, leasing office, or household members first. Rosalie Said So is not responsible for packages marked as delivered but not received. You may file a claim directly with the carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS) for further assistance.

Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please email us at hello@rosaliesaidso.co within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet - we currently ship within the U.S. only. But international shipping is on our radar.

I just placed an online order and need to cancel, what should I do?

If you would like to cancel/change an order that was just placed, you can send an email to hello@rosaliesaidso.co requesting the cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order. However, please note that we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel/change your order. 

My item doesn't fit, can I return it? 

We do not accept returns or exchanges at this time. Please refer to our size charts on each product page prior to making a purchase.

My size is sold out, when will it restock?

Restocks will be announced via Email, Instagram, Youtube & Tiktok. Follow us to stay in the know.
